What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on items ordered. Orders under $500 will be charged based on weight and dimensions of total packages in order. We do our best to provide the lowest possible shipping costs while still delivering in a timely manner. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Orders over $500 will receive free shipping via ground service with one of our carrier partners. Expedited service available upon request. Please contact for shipping quote with a detailed list of items requested to be ordered.

How do I create an account?

Registering an account with us is simple. Please go to the following link to enter your email address and password of your choosing. Create account

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

How do I Pay for my Order?

Simply add the products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  Enter all your billing and shipping address information, and select your method of payment.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Interac e-Transfer.

Do I pay sales taxes?

Yes, we are required to collect sales tax in Canada.

British Columbia Orders - 5% GST and 7% PST.

Alberta / Manitoba / Quebec / Northwest Territories / Yukon / Nunavut -  5% GST .

Ontario - 13% HST.

New Brunswick / Nova Scotia / Newfoundland / Prince Edward Island  - 15% HST

 

United States and International Orders - All orders shipped outside Canada are exempt from any Canadian sales taxes upon ordering. You may be subject to duties or taxes upon entry into your country.

We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur through customs. Should you refuse the package, or is denied by customs of your country, and package returned to us, you will be refunded, however a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Any additional fees imposed by the carrier for the return will also be deducted from your return total. 

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS depending on your shipment weight, dimensions, and package quantity.  If you prefer to use a specific carrier, please let us know upon placing your order.

How long does it take to ship?

If no custom label or packaging services are ordered, we will generally ship your product the next business day.  If possible we will try get it out the same day depending on order volumes and possibility with carrier used.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped out next business day or same day when possible. Depending on the carrier used or selected in checkout, shipments generally are delivered in 1-5 business days to most locations. On occasion, packages can take longer due to unexpected delays. If this does occur we do NOT compensate for late packages. If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact us to open a ticket with the shipping carrier.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We will replace any product that arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling.  We will take care of the claim and send you out new product right away.  Please contact us with proof of damage, taking multiple pictures of all packaging and damaged contents.

Do we offer coupon codes?

We generally don't offer coupon codes unless sale advertised with the use of a coupon code specifically.  Please sign up here for our email newsletter to stay up to date with all the latest deals!

Returns Policy

Returns can be made on unused products only, that you have had for less than 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please email or call us for a Return Authorization Number, and return shipping instructions.  All product returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Defective products will not incur a restocking fee and credit for items will be applied to customers account or refunded to customers method of payment upon receipt of items.

How long does it take for custom printed services?

Custom printed bags, labels and boxes take approximately 2-3 weeks from placing your order.  Processing time depends on factors such as design readiness and complexity of printing requirements.  We do our best to have your products shipped as quickly as possible.

How do I reset my password?

If you have already setup an account with us, and forgot your password, please click on the login link. There you will have the option to reset your password by clicking the link Lost your password? and entering your email address associated with your account.

If you do not have an account linked to that email, you will see an error message: Invalid username or email
